Biggest Loser Egypt.

I've lost 3 kg for only a week.

Tips: 

1. Jangan makan nasi.

2. Puasa Rejab

3. Jangan ambil snek or eat any fast food.

4. Reduce amount of salt in food.

5. Minum air banyak.

6. Dinner : Grapes, apple, scramble egg & hot tea.

Try guys. memang berhasil ! tapi.. kena disiplin la. wihout discipline, you've go no where. :)
I want to lose at least 5 kg or more than 5 kg before 20th july ;) this is my aim.

AIM HIGHER. 
NO HARM.
